Loris Azzaro company may modify or amend these terms and conditions of sale at any moment. You are therefore asked to accept only the Terms and conditions applicable at the time of purchase with each of your orders.
2. Purchasing:
The www.azzaro-couture.com website may be used to order a selection of AZZARO products directly online via the Internet from France .
For each product selected on the www.azzaro-couture.com website, a summary page will be displayed automatically featuring a photograph of the item, its colorings and references, the quantity selected, its unit price and the total amount owed for your order.
Each sale carried out by Azzaro means of the online sale service (the “service”) shall concern one or several goods, with the limit of a maximum of 9 pieces for each order.
You choose the items you are interested in and it will be included in your shopping cart. You could see a global view concerning your order with the description of the goods being sold, including the relative measures or size (if applicable), and the final price of your order.
You should check that this information accurately reflects your selection before confirming your order. The confirmation of your order will offer proof of the General terms and conditions of sale’s proof.
On confirmation, your order is transmitted to Loris Azzaro Company for processing.
Should you need to amend (e.g item or number of items) or correct any error on your order, you will have to follow the instructions contained on the site.
At the end of the purchase procedure, we recommend to download, save or print out the Terms and Condition of sale applicable at the time of completion of your order. You will also receive an e-mail, at the address you entered in the purchase form, confirming the main conditions of your purchase.
While every effort is taken to try to ensure that the coloring, design and style of the Azzaro products in the photographs displayed on the www.azzaro-couture.com website are representative of the original products, variations may occur due to the technical restrictions of color reproduction on your computer equipment. Accordingly, the Loris Azzaro Company shall be liable for any error or inaccuracy in the photographs or graphical representations of Azzaro products displayed on the www.azzaro-couture.com website. If you have any questions about the products, you may of course contact our customer service department.
The Loris Azzaro Company, reserves the right to cancel any order placed by a customer with whom it has a dispute concerning a prior order, or if the Loris Azzaro Company has reasonable cause to suspect that such customer has violated these Terms and Conditions, or is engaged in any fraudulent or criminal activity or for any other cause which The Loris Azzaro company deems legitimate.

3. Availability product:
Availability products and price are valid as seen on the www.azzaro-couture.com website, subject to availability. Information about the availability of the products will be given at the time of the ordering.
Exceptionally, amendments may be made, especially in cases of simultaneous orders of the same product by several customers. If a product is unavailable after ordering, you will be informed by email or by phone as soon as possible. You will then be able to order an alternative from the www.azzaro-couture.com website or cancel your order. Should you opt to cancel your order no charge will be made to your credit card. In the event that your credit card has already been charged, you will be refunded as soon as possible.
4. Order confirmation:
The order procedure is completed when you selected the “VALIDER” option. Upon confirmation, your order will be submitted to the Loris Azzaro Company for processing and may not be changed or cancelled except as expressly provided in these terms and condition or as required by the applicable law.
Confirmation of your order will be taken as proof of your acceptance of the provisions contained in theses Terms and Conditions. You will receive an order summary.
In the event of a dispute between the Loris Azzaro Company and one of its customers about a transaction made on the www.azzaro-couture.com website, the data registered by The Loris Azzaro Company will be considered as irrefutable proof of the content transaction.
5. Price and Method of Payment:
The prices of Azzaro Products are in Euro, inclusive of taxes. The final amount of your orders includes the delivery fee in accordance with your chosen delivery option.
Loris Azzaro company reserves the rights to amend at anytime and without any previous notice the prices of the products on the www.azzaro-couture.com website. The invoicing of the products is based on a price list posted on the www.azzaro-couture.com website at the time of the confirmation of your order, subject to the availability of the products ordered at this time.
Any order placed on the www.azzaro-couture.com website has to be paid for immediately after confirmation of your order.
We only accept credit card and charge card payment. Any order is payable in Euro. We accept payment by MasterCard, Visa and American Express.
Your debit or charge card will have been debited by the time the goods are dispatched. If any of the ordered items are unavailable, only the price and the delivery cost of the available products will be debited.
Goods purchased via the www.azzaro-couture.com website will be delivered at your delivery address given when the order is made.
A failure to deliver or late delivery of the goods exciding 8 business days should be reported to our customer service department as soon as possible. In order for your claim to be accepted, please notify us of the delay within a maximum of 30 calendar days from the date confirmation of your order.
You should check that your shipment is correct on delivery reception. If there are any discrepancies or problems with your order when the products are delivered to you, you should note the nature of the discrepancy or problem (e.g: open package, damage goods, etc…) on the delivery note, and sign it. Then you should contact the customer service department by email.
If the goods do not conform to your order or you are not satisfied with them, you may return them for an exchange or request a refund according to the terms and conditions.
7. Return: exchange and refund
Cancellation of your order and claims of returns regarding any item purchased on the site must be made in the following way.
You are entitled to return any product ordered via the www.azzaro-couture.com website within 15 days calendar following the date of delivery, in their original condition and their original packaging.
You must fill in and send the “return card” included with the package of your order specifying the reason for return and the quantity of the items that you wish to return.
Goods have to be returned, at Loris Azzaro company’s expenses, to the following address:

Azzaro will verify whether the returned products are effectively in original condition being entitled to ask for damages in case of any damage or non correspondence with the products delivered to the customer. Azzaro shall not be liable for any item returned being lost, misdirected or delivered late, the customer assuming all shipping risks.
Azzaro does not allow asking via the Site refunds for cancellation of Azzaro products purchased in Azzaro Stores or other boutiques, nor the contrary (i.e. no refunds at Azzaro stores or boutique for products purchased on the Site).
For an exchange:
For one or several different items which together are superior in value to the full value of the original item, you have to pay the difference.
For one or several different items which together are inferior in value to the full value of the original item we will reimburse the difference.
In the case of an exchange the delivery cost for the first delivery are not reimburse, but the delivery cost for the second delivery are free. Only one exchange in one reference is possible.
For a refund:
If you ask for a refund, you are entitled to return any ordered product on the www.azzaro-couture.com website within 15 calendar days from the delivery date. The products have to be returned in accordance with the previous paragraphs and Loris-Azzaro couture will use commercially reasonable efforts to ensure that any refund will be made within 15 business days following the receipt of the goods returned by crediting your charge or credit card.
Under no circumstances will it be possible to grant you an electronic credit usable on the www.azzaro-couture.com website, nor will the website issue a store credit for use in Azzaro boutique.
In the case of a refund, the shipping costs incurred in returning any replacement goods to you will be refunded if you were justified in returning the goods because they were not as ordered.
9. Law-Disputes:
These General Terms and Conditions of sale shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the law of France . Any applicability of the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods is hereby excluded. The language of these terms and condition is English. In the event of a dispute, the English courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction and you hereby agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of such court. Loris Azzaro Company shall be entitled to seek and obtain injunctive or other equitable relief to protect its rights hereunder.
